Application Engineer (m/w/d) Hungary

To support the distribution of our products in the Hungary we are looking for a

Application engineer (m/f/d) in the field service

• Technical advice, especially in the selection and specification of our cutting tools
• Processing of technical inquiries for machining (examination of the technical feasibility and elaboration of special solutions), as well as cooperation with the departments of our company (e.g. project department, marketing etc.)
• Support in preparing offers
• Ordering and tracking of test samples
• Carrying out cutting (machining) tests
• Administration and maintenance of test reports in the database#
• Examination and processing of technical complaints
• Technical support and training for our customers and trading partners
• Project support at the customer
• High travel activity, regular customer visits
• Participation in trade fairs and exhibitions
• Support of sales activities
• Observe and report on market trends and competitive activities

• A successfully completed apprenticeship in machining
• A completed advanced training as a technician or comparable qualification is an advantage
• Or, if applicable, skilled worker (m/f/d) with several years of experience in this field
• Good knowledge in the sequence planning of CNC machining programs including tool selection as well as tool optimization
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English, knowledge of German is an advantage
• Self-motivating and independent way of working
• Confident handling of MS-Office programs
• Team-oriented, friendly, strong communication skills and intercultural openness
• Driving license class B
• Willingness to travel
